We just got incredible service and very knowledgeable help with our laptop from Cody and Paul. I definitely recommend IBC for service, refurbished and new laptops.
FedEx had their systems down and the wonderful staff took the extra time to allow me to be able to get my package. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff when it comes to computers and electronics.
My laptop charger broke and they sold me an old charger for a hefty price. The charger they sold me had different wattage, but the staff assured it would work fine and won’t affect my battery. But it did, now the battery on the laptop drains quickly and the charger itself doesn’t work sometimes.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, however, incorrect recommendations on in-stock products that were incompatible with my application led me to purchase products that wouldn't work for me. The final sale / no refund policy in the fine print on the bottom of the invoice is horrible.
Just a little store selling used computers and some accessories. Prices are not that GREAT! You can probably find better deals on Kijiji if you don't need the receipts. Staff are very nice and patient in answering your questions. They know what they are selling. They also refill Ink cartridges for a very good price. If you wanna buy something from places like this you should have moderate knowledge about computers since you are buying a used device.
