My phone wasn’t charging anymore. 15 minute fix for a great price now the cord fits tightly and charges properly. Super thrilled and bought a better protective case so this won’t happen again great friendly fast service. This is my second visit there first was for Battery replacement was much cheaper than others overall great experience
I received a new battery from here. It did not work well. Went back the next day and the owner said he would replace it! Went back on the Monday, and they replaced the battery. Thankfully it works great. Definitely recommend this business!!
Bought phone and case for over $300 - owner said it was great phone, however, turns out it was not compatible with most carriers after 8 months. Asked to trade it in and owner said no.
Went to another phone repair shop and they quoted me $375 for a display replacement. I went on Facebook Marketplace & was lucky to find someone selling an official Samsung screen for $50 and I paid them $80 to install it. They also have a decent selection of cases & accessories for older phones. Great people. Would definitely recommend ??
Tried to get a screen protector, unfortunately the employee decided watching videos on his phone was more important. Don't bother going here, you're time isn't important. Can't reply without editing unfortunately, however yes it was today around 230. I didn't get his name, however it was the only staff member up front and was wearing a pinkish red shirt
Took my phone in for a battery replacement. They decided to WIPE MY PHONE!!! I lost everything! Thank goodness my photos were in the cloud but all my documents - my resumes, my writing samples, my short stories gone forever! This has taught me two things…back up everything on my phone regularly and don’t trust just anyone. Update: to the owners - I do not know how to reply to your response, so hopefully you will read it here. I’m the owner of the black Motorola with the cat sticker on the back. I brought a new battery from you on March 5th and asked you to install it for me. The battery cost $90. And, as you pointed out, a battery replacement does not wipe a phone. Someone there told me that they had actually consciously wiped it for me to improve the battery performance and when I got my Motorola back…sure enough it had been completely wiped. Not only that but the message telling me it had been wiped had been sent to my email on the same phone they were working on so no idea how they thought I would get that message. Anyway….phone was entirely wiped and I had to buy a new one. Thanks for that. I tossed the useless Motorola phone in the garbage and bought a new iPhone.
My experiences have all been pretty positive. They have fixed two of my phones for screen issues at decent prices. Had a issue with a purchased phone case today and the young gentleman there was helpful, and when the debit machine didn’t work, he went out of his way to get me exact change from another part of the mall. Good worker, he is a asset to the business.
