The old broad working the till is quite ignorant. Get a new job if you are that miserable and have no customer service skills! Will never return to this location.
After my visit at 8:08 last night, I asked the blonde woman why the pumps were not working. She stated it was auto pay at the Palms or you could pre-pay inside the store. I said OK but what happens if I don’t use what I put in she says oh well then then it’ll only charge you for that I said, but what if it doesn’t she goes well sometimes it’ll put a hold on it for 2 to 3 days but that’s rare and I said so I do run a risk of the whole being on funds that I don’t use. No no that’s not what I’m saying but then it is what you’re saying, then got argumentative with me told me I was wrong of what she just said, while I was trying to understand if I was running a risk of funds being held in anyway shape or form Specially with the cost in the world today, I now understand why the store is getting bad reviews this was on October 28. The chances of me returning to the store or next to none at that point I was so frustrated. I just left the store. I didn’t bother filling up my gas and I took my business down the road to the other gas stationand I would hold that management would follow up. treatment of customers when they ask a question is a very important thing. That young woman showed no capability of customer service that loan the capability of actually answering the question or backing up what she was telling me I was quite polite and she got attitude with me and loudly spoke at me. Oh no when I said oh God, oh God don’t treat me like I’m stupid The oh God was to the frustration of not being able to understand what this woman was saying because she was contradicting what she said so for her to raise her tone to almost a yelling level and say I don’t need this usually applies. They don’t even need the job. I will be following up with management over this.
What’s the point of saying you’re open and not actually being open?? Update your hours online so it reflects your actual working hours. You are wasting other people’s time and gas to drive to your location for you to not be open …
the young red headed female cashier is exceptionally rude, should not be dealing with customers if she cannot get off her phone / be respectful to customers i’m absolutely mind blown and will not be returning here!
Harassed by employees, young lady was giving attitude to customers ahead of me aswell, have spoken to the owners manny times and they have seemed to do nothing about it. Getting screamed at my local gas station was not on my bucket list.
This place is the worst. Always out of paper at the pumps. Half the pumps don't work. This has been going on since they opened so Covid is not an excuse. I am done going here.
The owner/operator should definitely consider contacting me as soon as possible. I have already reached out to Pioneer Corporate offices. Still waiting...
