One of the worst customer service. Taking an advantage of being the only halal store in brantford. Look at the price and the weight before you pay. Not at all recommended.
I needed a turkey/chicken very last minute on thanksgiving and they saved the day! They were super helpful and kind, they waited for me to come pick up so we’d still have thanksgiving dinner. The place is clean and a good variety of items you can’t get just anywhere. I’m a chef so I buy a lot of interesting/different products, I’ll definitely be back to purchase more. Thanks so much again!
I always have a great experience at this grocery store. The place is clean, well-organized, and the shelves are always stocked with fresh items. The staff is very friendly and helpful they greet you with a smile and are always ready to assist if you need anything. I especially appreciate how quickly they work at the checkout, making shopping fast and easy. Prices are fair, and they have a good variety of products, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and daily essentials. Overall, it’s a store I trust and enjoy shopping at. Highly recommende
The customer service at this store is virtually non-existent. It's clear that they're more focused on making money than providing a positive experience for their customers. The short guy who works in the meat section or at the counter is especially rude, making customers feel like they're a bother. I'm eagerly waiting for a halal shop to open in the area, so I can take my business elsewhere.

We have good experience at this halal store. Brother Shaams goes out way to assist. I am a picky shopper specially with meat cuts and Allhumdullilah always a good experience with brother Shaams. They also started getting alot of variety of food items; halal cheese, date cookies, over the summer they had mangos. I have stopped commuting to Mississauga for meat now. I often purchase goat here, no smell.
Salaam waleikum brothers, very first pathan owner who put heart and soul in making this shop was the best interms of pricing like weekly sales, whole chicken uncut used to be $1.99 quarter legs $.99lb breast $3.99 I mean no one wants to buy none halal chicken from big retail stores. I suggest all my mosque friends to go directly to maple lodge farm and buy monthly zabia halal worth it I'm posting price picture I usually my 18kg case or breast case Here at emaan No one answers my phone call I drove down to get meat few times shop was closed wast of drive min 20min to go and 20min return home with freshco halal chicken ?. Plus owners changed 3 times pathan main owners than karachi couple than now 3 or 4 partners I heard.
