Went in for the first time after 10+ years of travelling 2 hours to my "regular" salon. I put my trust in Sarah -- told her a VERY broad overview of what I was looking for and trusted her to know what would look good on me. She did a cut and highlights and I loved it!! But... it always looks great when you're walking out of the salon. The true test comes a couple of days later when I have to wash and style it myself -- and... it still looks great!! Sarah really listened to what I wanted (even though I wasn't very clear) and how little time I wanted to spend fussing with my hair every day, and gave me a cut and highlights that work perfectly! Thank you so much!!!
Most expensive hair cut off my life, also the worst haircut of my life. I asked Sarah for two inches off, she took off four. I asked for layers, and it looks more like there are random chucks out of my hair. One side on the front is an inch shorter than the other side. I will definitely not be returning.
