Had a test done, never called with results. After two weeks called three times left message but no return call. On previous occasion, Feb 2017 similar experience with results of X-rays on a broken arm. They blamed hospital. May be best to avoid this place. Only looking for an inpatient so can bill system. Definitely not into care of patients.
Regardless of the long wait times and nearly never answering their phone, the staff and service was amazing. Receptionist was patient and pleasant and the Doctor was incredible, listened to me thoroughly. Pharmacist was also great. Just come prepared to wait a bit.
Was worth the wait! The Doctor was very nice and didn't make me feel rushed, he actually listened to me! The ladies at the front desk were wonderful! Even the pharmacist was helpful to me, he ever offered delivery! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family to come to this clinic! Thank you!
This is a great clinic! Ive had nothing but kind staff including the Pharmacist. They take people in order at the walk-in. People may think they arent as they will let you sign in and wait elsewhere if you prefer to not sit there and wait in the waiting room. I think this is GREAT that they allow this, but I can see what it may look like if someone who arrived after you is being seen first, even though they actually signed in earlier. Im not sure whats with all the bad reviews! Yes the walk-in doesnt open until 5pm although the clinic opens earlier for regular appts, perhaps the web site could make that clearer, but not a reason to give a 1 star rating imo :)
We went to the walk-in clinic this past Saturday and the receptionist was very nice. We had about an hour wait but it was well worth it for Dr. Mahdi Ibrahim. He was very kind, thorough and has a great personality. Our 6 year old was upset at first but he calmed her down.
