Amazing sales staff. They have great prices, great recommendations and amazing service. They follow up and take care of their customers. Very large selection, especially compared to those stores in the mall. Quality pieces that will last as well
I left a watch with Young & Sons that was losing time with the warranty period about to expire. They knew this and they agreed to keep the watch in their store for a few days to confirm if the watch continued to lose time. They were to send the watch to an authorized repair shop within the warranty period regardless if the watch lost time or not. Therere an authorized seller of the watch brand. They were made aware that the watch lost time intermittently and several days could pass with it keeping accurate time. I was told that they would send the watch for testing / repair (this was on the work order / receipt) and when I picked up the watch they told me they did. I confirmed later they did not send in the watch and soon after picking up the watch, it started to lose time. Warranty period is now expired and I have a defective watch. They did not return calls to address the issue.These guys are less than useless and have zero integrity.
Always a good time. Always great advice. I state exactly what my budget is and they tailor the absolute best bang for my buck with no BS, upselling, or snootiness. As legit and relaxed as luxury sales gets, with all the class you deserve and expect. They make you feel like a rockstar and it doesnt matter how many zeroes are on your receipt.
They have been in business a long time, you can't beat their knowledge and design. Pricing is also very competitive, no need to shop around just trust one of Brantford's oldest jewelers
This place is very nice and has quite high quality jewelry. My fiancee and I have purchased our wedding bands from here. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality product.
