I used the dryers, ran to the grocery store and arrived back TEN minutes before my load was finished to find..She (the owner or lady working) took my load out and dumped it in a large basket without my permission to touch my clothing!Then she had the audacity to say "can you look through the basket, I may have put somebody else's load with yours" (she didn't but seriously?)The ends of the pants were still damp and now all dryers were taken. All of my scrubs and dress shirts were dry enough that they had wrinkles so I then had to come home and iron everything while leaving the rest of my jeans on an old fashioned clothes line!! I should have been able to come early, let my clothes finish since I'm a paying customer, then hang everything properly while still warm! I've never seen anything like it in a laundry Mat before.. awful service and will be telling numerous people to not return.
Washing loads from $2 to $4.75. The machines are all old. Clean site. On site staff. Washrooms and change for customers only. Its beside Dairy Queen. Friendly staff.

smelt like smoke, no was around to help. had to go get the lady to get change that was outside chain smoking, the whole place smelt disgusting and look dirty.. When i tried to get change from a twenty the women looked at me confused and i said can i get change she said well what machine are you using they are all different... i would think loonies and quarters should have worked.. i wanted the correct change back so i just left since she didnt seem to be able to give me 20 dollars worth of change.. I was done wasting my time at this point and the machine looked super old and unreliable too.. dont waste your time here i have no idea how it has 4.3 stars
It's has good machines ..double triple express and the drivers work well ..catch it at the right time and it's not busy at all you can get in and out quick
