I had called CPR for advice for my Samsung phone. I had already been to the Bell store and contacted Samsung by phone with very little assistance given. I needed to have my phone wiped and and restarted. I was helped by Richard at CPR. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly had my phone wiped and restarted. He was able to show me how to retrieve photos I thought were gone forever. Start to finish he was awesome. Amazing price for the service. I will never go anywhere else.
They work quickly to help you. A while back I had them fix the memory card slot on my nintendo switch and they were done in a little over an hour. Just yesterday they cleaned out the charging port on my phone for free and it took no more than 5 minutes.

My phone wasn't making calls. The very nice lady tested my phone and the store phone and saved me buying a new phone bc it was a sim card error. No charge. I highly recommend this buisness. My husband has gone there too and also received excellent service.
This place is horrible we dropped of an iPhone 13 Pro and they never called us and then we had to wait 2 months and then we called again and they told us that it was in there store and they had to find it and then the will give us a call then we had to wait a month and then we call and the told us that they didn’t have that phone so now I do not have the iPhone this is in sane this place should be shut down
Outstanding service and support! The staff was knowledgeable and empathetic to someone dealing with concerns about their first ever virus and glitching phone. My issue was resolved in minutes, I received a tutorial on appropriate downloads and the service was complimentary! When I need any other service or wish to upgrade my phone, this is where I will go.
