Great friendly service. Purchased my new Specialized Diverge from Brantford Cyclepath earlier this year. The guys were very patient while I picked there brains to find the perfect bike for me. After bouncing around to a few different models I settled on the Specialized Diverge Carbon, very happy I did! The team here know what they are talking about and don't try to push more expensive bikes on you. I did get fitted for my bike and it was worth the extra dollars! Great job and support your local bike shop!!
Truthfully if I had more time I would have shopped around but I was in a pinch and needed my bike this weekend. Their prices weren't crazy, but it didn't seem like good value either. Another shop further away quoted better prices but I couldn't make the logistics work in time. My request for servicing my bike was not noted correctly and so my derailer didnt get adjusted at first, and although the technician gave it a quick adjustment for free as I brought it up on checkout it still has interference with the chain. Maybe its just me but I didn't get a warm fuzzy from my experience here.
Came to ride the p2a race and realized I forgot to bring a helmet. The selection of helmets was huge and the prices were very reasonable. I was helped out in the selection process by a very nice young man who knew his stuff. It was a pleasure to see a young person so kind and helpful and patient. Cyclepath is also open until 6pm on Saturdays which was a convenience for me as a last minute replacement shopper.
