Abysmal service, called to report 2 dogs running away at large going from house to house. Last thing I want is for the dogs to get hurt! You call says they don’t do that you need to call bylaw, it’s a Sunday there’s no bylaw that would respond to that call. Far and away the worst animal services out of any city, city of brantford needs to look at giving the contract to a better ran organization, Or flat out do better!
Wonderful experience dealing with the Brant County SPCA. I spotted our new fur baby online, filled out the application. Received a phone call the next day, and as they say, the rest is history. Sadie has brought so much joy and laughter back into our lives. Sincere thanks.
I need their help desperately and they don't even answer the phone. There is a orange kitty out there who is struggling to go to the bathroom and I can't catch him. I wanted them to set up a trap in back of my yard because he always shows up there. I want to help him and then adopt him, but I can't catch him and it's tearing my heart out.
They are a bunch of lovely people that just love dogs and you can really tell how they care about people and future pets. We adopted a dog that has some special needs and they were fully open and honest about those needs so we knew what we were in for.
They have a great cat adoption policy and therefore need all the donations they can get. Be generous people and donate cat & kitten food and kitty litter & toys as often as you can.
They took great care when I picked out my sweet girl. Would definitely do it again
I have adopted many small animals rats, guinea pigs ect, from this shelter. They do a wonderful job considering the age and size of the shelter.
The staff and everything they stand for is absolutely wonderful!
Went there to look at a kitty and they answered all of our questions. We got to pet her and at the time we just wanted to see her but ended up taking Mango home right then at there. Everyone was very helpful and there was no pressure on having to take her home that day. We got some food with her and the blanket that she had in her cage which i thought was awsome. She fits so well into our home. I would recomend this shelter, i thought they were affordable and everyone looked very happy and healthy. Thank you to everyone that works there!
