The pharmacist was very helpful to us in a time of need....car trouble found us away from home and she was very kind, patient and helped us tremendously. Thanks.
I went in tonight to find a new face wash and hand cream. Keira was absolutely AMAZING!! She helped me right away, within 30 seconds of me walking into the store, she helped me find exactly what I wanted. She was very kind, and it was such a great experience. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work and kindness.
I don’t know how this place is still operational. I was there to get some prescription meds. They told me it was going to take 40 minutes. I returned after an hour only to be told that it was going to take half an hour more. The staff is less than helpful to make matters worse. Not coming back and wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone.
I was there the other day seeing if there was anything I could take for the pain in these old legs, k ees are very swollen, he pulled a bottle of pills, i will get the name when I can, he said take 4 per day, 2 days later, no pain in my knees, i put up with pain for 6+ years, They come 140 pills per bottle, all natural and they only cost $16.99
Went to this location on October 15 during the afternoon looking for hemorrhoid medication. Was having a hard time finding it so I asked one of the young ladies that was stocking product at the time for help finding it. She proceeded to laugh in my face and ran off with her fiend that was helping her at the time. I got zero help whatsoever and had to find it on my own. But even worse was getting laughed at for a medical condition in a pharmacy store is ridiculously uncalled for. These employees need to be reprimanded for treating me like this. Do better Shoppers.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. In particular, the staff member named Kiera was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly lacks the basic skills and attitude required for customer service. Instead of assisting customers with respect and courtesy, her behavior made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. Frankly, I do not understand why she is working at this location if she does not know how to properly handle and serve customers. Employees who interact with customers should represent the business in a positive and professional manner, which was absolutely not the case here. I strongly feel that if Kiera cannot demonstrate the fundamental qualities of respect, professionalism, and customer care, then she should not be working in a customer-facing role at this location.
They go out of their way to help you and inform you, never making you feel like your questions or concerns aren't relevant or important. Really great staff so far as per my experience.
