Lang Roofing put new 25 year shingles on our home in 2003 - they did a great job at the time. We paid a premium for 25 year shingles. We have some deterioration of the shingles - repeated calls to Langs have gone unanswered - great work in terms of a "new roof" but absolutely no concern about after completion follow-up.
Had a roof done 3 years ago from Lang roofing , now I have issues with the roof and have called 15 times to have someone look at the roof. No response and no return calls.Horrible service and no accountability for the warranty.
Ken Lang and his crew have been awesome, all around good meeting and plan to continue using him for any commercial or residential roofing needs in the Toronto area.
