Went in for hockey socks and got distracted by sticks, ended up having a helpful employee who showed me some options in my price range. I was considering buying two different curves because i cannot test them in store but thought Id ask about the return policy which nobody seemed clear on but the manager. The manager, (Bimo) seemed to know the return policy which is that You cannot return a stick after use, to which i stated that, unless i break it right lol? Which turned instantly snarky about and replied yeah is that what youre going to do good for you buddy. I had to remind him to settle down. Its pretty sad the cashier had to apologize for her managers actions, and needless to say I nearly decided not to purchase anything. I put the stick in question back and was happy with the socks and stick that i know I will be used to. Pretty disappointed by the experience as it left a bad taste even though the other employees were somewhat helpful. Hard to believe that is their manager
We were racially profiled when we shopped here. We were followed around the entire store and still ended up purchasing $250 worth of clothing. Will NEVER return.
I wanna appreciate the sport check staff I bought Nike slide it have fault I change it again there was same issue with size but they changed it 3 times with big smile Thank you for amazing service
my boyfriend and i went in looking for slides, and the women working footwear told us they didn’t have the ones i wanted in stock, so we went to the front counter to just double check and the women at the counter stated that they had some in the back. we went back to the footwear and the same women brought us the slides but was rude and tossed the shoes on the bench and said “there you go”
The staff were excellent! We had a discount code that the staff explained for us in a clear and concise manner. We stayed late due to a decision crisis and the staff patiently waited for us, helping us choose items. They even complimented us our manners! Thank you for a great experience Brant Sport Chek staff!
Just wanted to say kuddos, to you Brantford SportChek, this is the first time I have ever seen a store display with a mannequin on a wheelchair. It was amazing to see. As a wheelchair user myself I don't think I have seen this before, anywhere. (3 out of 5 stars because I didn't actually go in the store)
I honestly had the best employee there. She went and helped me find 2 pieces of clothing from the back so I could finish my wife's birthday shopping and she didn't hesitate to do it with a smile on her face. Thank you Jessie you were a blessing to deal with you absolutely made my day!
