I’ve been buying my sticks and hockey gear from the boys at Brant Sports for over 10 years strong, unbelievable customer service and communication. Now I have them doing all of our company clothing, hats etc. Finn and Kyle go above and beyond making sure everything is perfect and exactly how we want things! Can’t say enough about these guys. Reading some of the negative reviews from people makes me laugh! They must be talking about a different store!! Brant Sports Excellence, more like Brant Sports PHENOMENAL! ?
Kyle and Finn were AMAZING. My son had a late summer skate failure during an important "can't miss/must be on the ice" period. Kyle "MacGyver'd" a same day temporary fix which worked amazingly for the interim, while Finn properly fit, then worked with equipment reps to locate a specific pair of skate and holders to best fit my son and then expedited the delivery process. They both came through huge and I thank them both immensely.
Kyle and his team are incredible. I go to brant sports for everything, from hooking my boxing club up with all the sharpest marketing items to filling all my baseball needs with the highest quality gear. There's no other business I'd trust for all my sports needs
i called ahead to ask if I could get a glove embroidered for my boyfriend, and was told they could do it. When I arrived, the guys working there were incredibly disrespectful, they played inappropriate sounds over the speaker and didn’t even fully ask what I needed. In the end, they couldn’t even do the embroidery. They have called to say I need to pick up the glove but I feel too uncomfortable to do so. I highly do not recommend this place. The staff are immature and the service was a complete waste of time.
Amazing place to go to for sports equipment. Fair prices. Knowledgeable staff. If you go there see Kyle. He knows his stuff and is very patient with his customers. I'll be a repeat customer 100%.
Ordering from these guys is like ordering from a troop of monkeys. No one knows where the order is or who to talk to. They just stare at you and put their arms up in the air. If I didn’t half to use them to order my kids team equipment I’d never go to this place again. Every year is the same.
Generally there pretty good at brant sports. This year was a bit of a let down. Pants took 7 months to come in and I was not informed when they arrived. I spent 345$ on a black magic bat and had asked about a team or player discount and was told I couldn’t get one. Only to hear a teammate went and bought the same bat and get a discount for 250 all in. 100$ is a 100$. After spending over 1000$ this year for sports equipment I think I’ll find somewhere else to give my money
