Good grocery store and convenient for the Eagle Place neighborhood in Brantford. All of the basics, as well as a large selection of ethnic foods - grocery as well as produce. But be forewarned, it's always very busy, and if you are just dropping in to quickly pick up a couple of items, be prepared to stand in line to pay for longer than it took to shop.
I get all my groceries there....they have friendly helpful staff..they go look in the back if shelf is empty for something you're looking for in case they have some left...they remember you when you're a regular customer and the things you talk about with them...the prices are affordable and most of the store brands are as good and in some cases better than name brands though they offer both... obviously they don't sell everything every other grocery store sells but in most cases they offer a comparable item.... Location is great plenty of parking and they usually have ample lanes open for check out...
I wish I could have rated it no stars, it was a horrible experience. The cashier was so rude and yelled at me for no reason, she just kept repeating herself and continued to yell. Then the manager came up to me and said that he wouldnt sell me anymore pops because my dad already bought them. I explained that he wasnt my dad but a friend and he said that he wouldnt sell anymore pops to me because its 10 per family, even though I made it clear that he wasnt family. Horrible staff, horrible customer service, will definitely not be shopping at no frills ever again.
I've bought so much sour milk from here, I will no longer buy it here.I use to shop here every weekend, but since have moved to shopping at the No Frills by PJ and have not bin disappointed.
