Hours on google need to be updated. Stopped by at 4:13 pm since on google it shows their open till 5:00 pm and they were closed. However their store digital sign states they’re open till 4pm. Such a waste of my time.
I have 1 recommendation. The previous owner would make the shakes as follows: ice, ice milk, protein, then it get blended in a big blender. The new way they are made is, cup, ice milk, protein, tap water, more ice milk, miniature blender. They used to be bigger and more delicious and thicker. Sometimes mine aren’t all the way blended, and now they’re not super cold and thick it’s more frothy and marshmallowy. I would love if you would make them like they used to be made when the location was on king George road, please give it a try and I guarantee they’ll be 10x better!
Go to place for gym supplements the owner is great very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention the products sold are amazing 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to grab gym supplements.
Used to recommend this place to everyone, the cookies and cream protein shake was unreal. Last few I've had have tasted nothing like it should. They've definitely changed the protein powder brand they use. Not worth going to anymore.
Owner is really helpful and informative, shakes are to die for. Store carries a lot of products that I haven’t been able to usually find in Canada without paying an arm and a leg. Hercs is a staple !
The best protein shake I’ve ever had so far. I work in the nail salon nearby and my co workers always buy me one on Tuesday because they have Tuesday special only $2 for a cup. That’s crazy. Let’s support local businesses you guys ?
