I needed some part quickly and it’s nice to see clean, spacious and pro facility that carry a huge selection of OE equal or good quality parts. Good for pro workshops as well as DIY person like me. Staff was skilled and professional, I did smell little discrimination but in this region this phenomenon is improving slowly.
Extremely rude!!! Quoted $58 for a part of $32, I had to come by to get it and he said he’ll wait on for me, got there at 5:30pm and no one was there or picking up ?
Tina was super helpful on the phone and then the gentleman that helped us said it was his first day back in 6 months so glad because he was awesome and help so much ?
The 2 ladies at the counter are awesome. Sucks that the Cambridge Napa did not ship parts needed (rear stabalizer links for mazdaspeed3) for my shop appointment after the girls in Brantford ordered twice. Friday evening and sat morning For my sat afternoon shop appointment.
NAPA is the place I go for new autoparts at an affordable price. Most times the parts are in stock but they can get what you need within hours usually. Staff are very competent and friendly. Prices are reasonable.
I forgot about this place. In and out with what I needed in less than 10 min. Even better, you can ask a question and get an answer that actually helps you!! A store where the employees have an idea about the items they are selling and what they are used for, how refreshing. This is now my #1 parts store. Thank you NAPA
They did have what I needed, but the employees are too busy multi tasking to help one off customers. Nice store, but phone customers take precedence over in store customers.
