Advertisement for key cutting on web site. I drive there, asked the counter man for keys to be copied, he very coldly replies they don't cut keys, I say that website says you do, and there's a key center within plain view of everyone . He still replies rudely "we don't cut keys". No apologies for my drive, or advertisement for a service you don't supply, even though you have the equipment. Really nice, the counter is rude, the empty store really reflects that.
Ordered a part said it would be in the next day and would call me I didn't hear from them and called about 4pm and ask if part was in put me hold and came back said I gave them the wrong phone number I said ok is the part there Yes. Went there and once again you gave us the wrong phone number. I told them my number and they jumped all over me about that was not the number I gave them. What gives them the right to talk to me like that . You'll never see me again and take my business elsewhere!
Today I was in your Brantford location on King George Rd., Noah helped me. Although he went above and beyond to help me find shield guard screws and was unable to find my exact screws. Noah was extremely polite, patient and very professional! Thank you for a great experience Noah!
Bought wipers for my wife’s car, brought them home to install them and they didn’t fit. Came back to return them and the young man named Cam behind the the counter told me they should be universal. He came out and installed them on the car for me! Great customer service and a super nice team member! THANK YOU!!!
So unreliable and annoying!! Called for a part before tearing my car apart, they notified me it was available, got to the store after spending so much on Uber and they said “we checked at the back and we can’t find it anymore! ??
If I could give less than a star I would! I heard they are excellent . I’m in a real pickle. It was just a bit of snowstorm the day before. I’m out driving and my windshield wiper breaks right off. With the salt it gets hard to see quite quickly! So I research online there the best they will do it for me on the spot!!! Wow! This is just what I need since I can’t personally do it myself and it’s dangerous to drive! I go to part source there are 3 grown men in there all standing or leaning on the counter. They sell me the windshield wipers but absolutely refuse to put them on, even though I stated one broke it was dangerous and I had a young child with me!! The weather was a little cold but the sun was out and it was not snowing or raining. I paid 65$ for windshield wipers which I later discovered they clearly chose the most expensive. I had to change the windshield wipers myself. I did a bad job. One flew off in the middle of the highway. Replaced at Canadian tire for $20. Worsssttttt experience.
May 12,walked in asked for green antifreeze,, aluminum compatible,,Guy with beard said,comes in 5 litre jugs,I said how much,I dunno changes price everyday,as he and other employee continued to walk to the back and not help any further,,,so I left..Seems as tho they hate there job.and the public..2 guys today anyways,at 245 pm..Never going back
