The lady at the counter was rude and not helpful. Additionally, I didn’t like their method of displaying prices on the wall, it was inconvenient to have to search the chart just to find the price for Diva.
The store is very clean, well-arranged, and organized. The staff are polite, humble, and always ready to assist with a smile. It creates a welcoming environment, making every shopping visit comfortable and pleasant.
Very Disappointed with the Customer Service. I had a very frustrating experience visiting this place twice and both times the customer service was terrible. No one was present at the counter for billing, and I was left waiting with no assistance. When the staff finally showed up the lady was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in helping. She didn’t even know the correct prices for the products and just entered whatever amount she felt like. There was no professionalism and no respect even towards members of her own community. (Specifically)
Worst experience. NO sense of customer service! Not at all recommended. The customer is not valued and has no knowledge of the meat section. Completely a waste of time!

Really Helpful and humble service by the owner. I have been here regularly, Always they make sure the shelves are stocky. Moreover about the Meat, Bought here mostly every weekend. The meat is fresh and tender, Butcher removes the fat and skin on the meat very clean and always make sure the meat sold to the customer is good with utmost care.
