This is the second time i got expired product from this store. First time i went n showed them the date which had a false sticker on it with other dates and they were sorry about it. Now the second time i got biscuit packet which is expired from April sitting there in the store and i got this in month of November. I can share details with photos, i have a proof. Poor service expired product be careful before buying anything.
Why do you sell items that are expired I bought ladoos this Sunday evening (31 August 2025). The sales person could have given me the fresh ones kept infront but instead gave me a packed one from fridge. I trusted you and took it home. But found that it was already expired. I could not come back and return it as it was already past 9 pm and the next day I had to go somewhere. This practise of giving expired items, is being observed several times. Please take necessary steps to stop this.
Extremely disappointing experience. The item I purchased was close to expiry, and when I tried to return it, the shop owner flatly refused to take it back or issue a refund. Hiding behind a “No Exchange, No Return” policy for near-expired products is unacceptable and very unprofessional. This shows zero concern for customer health or satisfaction. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this store. They are selling expired products with an additional label covering the original expiration date, which is both unethical and unsafe. This practice puts customers’ health at serious risk.
I returned product because they already expired or getting bad. Keep the receipt when you need to return otherwise they make big fuss about it. Cashier was rude when I complained and raised her voice.
Overly impressed by this store. I was missing Telugu foods brand snacks and requested the staff. Guess what?? Within few days they stocked ! Very sweet gesture.. they care about there customers above and beyond.. thankyou!
Well maintained Indian grocery store, have everything most of the south Indian stores doesn't have...best customer service and high quality products with affordable prices... Highly recommended..keep it up
