Nice neat office service with personal touch
Allstate Brantford Is the most unorganized Insurance company I have ever dealt with. They themselves have made several errors over and over again with billing and trying to resolve the issues they have caused. They have been rude with me on the phone. They have transferred me to people that I have not requested to speak with. They have put me on hold in the middle of talking. And now are threatening to cancel my insurance policy for none payment for payment issues that they have created over the past 2 months. This has caused huge stress in my personal and work life by having to sit on the phone and try to correct the issue they have caused. I will NEVER in my life recommend Allstate Brantford to anyone. If you are looking for insurance and thinking about Allstate Brantford do a quick Google search and you will see the bad reviews about AllState Brantford, Michelle and Ursula.

As a new customer, I was quoted a good price and received quick service. Good support staff. Agent and Manager not so quick once I was paying a few years. Don't return calls. I'll stay with Allstate but looking for different office.
