Terrible customer service, don't even think they are a real business. Take your business somewhere else Brant County! So unprofessional and left me with a very uneasy feeling when I realized I gave them all of my personal information. The review with 5 stars from "Tina"... Yeah, she works there and review is NOT valid. It should be taken down so this business will be a 1 star, 0 if it was an option.
Not good company to deal with. Not enough experience in the office and lack people skills. Expect to get a headache if anything is "suddenly changed" by their underwriters who deem things inspected to be void because they dont like something and expect you to cover the inspection costs for their request anytime they choose to. Expensive compared to their competitors. Go find another company - you can thank me later.
