This hotel was great! Speedy check in, very kind staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The African Safari pass package was an amazing price. The pool was very much enjoyed and the dining was perfect.Our stay deserved 5 stars
Amazing Hotel! Incredible restaurant! All staff in both areas went over and above to make our families stay for our daughter's wedding absolutely incredible! Rooms were lovely and large. Offered the use of one of their facility lounges for all of us to socialize in. All Department staff were incredible. Front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, restaurant stuff. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
The hotel was packed so they upgraded us to a suite! Great room, comfy bed, and I took the pictures upon leaving not arriving so they don't do it justice. The BEST part was their continental breakfast. I've had it good a few times, but this was above and beyond your average breakfast. Totally makes the price you pay for a night's sleep worth it!
My husband and myself, as well as my extended family who stayed in two other rooms, had a great two day stay at the Best Western in Brantford. The staff were extremely accommodating of our needs: from the front desk check-in to the attentive and thoughtful restaurant staff to the maids who cleaned our room. The breakfast that came with the cost of our room was fantastic. It had lots of choice of both hot and cold food and was served very graciously by long time staff who were happy to work there. We chose the location because it was close to our wedding venue and were very satisfied that we had made the correct choice. It was also conveniently close to several stores that we needed to go to for some last minute clothing and shopping needs. Thank you Best Western!
The overall value of this resort is good I would say. The cleanliness of the resort is alright, and the staff are friendly. There is a good variety of food for breakfast included in the morning. The only complaint I would have is that the rooms are not insulated well for sound, and you can hear conversations of others in the hallway as if they were right next to you. Our room also smelled pretty strongly of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. For the price of this hotel, i would say its good value.
