The only reason they get 2 stars is their staff. They try their best, but this company needs to replace every mattress, every piece of linen, every pillow.
Friendly staff and good room. Out dated but not terrible. 3 stars because we werent aware the second floor would be up 2 flights of stairs, which was annoying only because we had lots to carry. We also had food in our fridge from previous guests (expiry date was July 22 when we were there July 29), which was a bit gross. We skipped the included breakfast, but we have a lot of dietary restrictions. The coffee was great though.
The days inn in brantford in conveniently located just off the 403. Where this hotel lacks some upgrades in makes up in service. I have stayed here twice and both times the same wonderful lady went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. We had a room with a pull out sofa. We asked for a room with two beds. She immediately contacted a single traveler booked in a two bed room and see if a switch was possible. She solved our problem in 5 minutes. So impressed and my daughter was happy with the upgrade. Breakfast in the morning is also a bonus.
Rooms are ok. Definitely not high end and breakfast was meh. But I mean it was a room to stay at and ac worked great
Over night stay .. My son and I stayed here sept 11 beasue he had an appointment in the morning 7 a,m and we live out of town. I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment . Staff at the desk (kim) were wonderful and very accomodating with my son. One complaint however . Neighbours were noisy with the tv and I am a light sleeper no sleep until 4 am for me . UGH But the place is very nice and clean .
