An amazing experience every time. I find that you do not receive old school service at many places anymore. At this location that is not the case. Everything is meticulously looked after and you are treated like royalty. You have to try and get the server Nate. He is awesome. Not much else to say here except you must go!
I am actually very impressed with this Keg Steakhouse. We went last night for a graduation celebration. I have been to 3 previously and did not enjoy the food. I ordered the New York Keg classic with mixed green salad and a double baked potato. I usually would never order a baked potato but thought I would give it a try since hearing amazing reviews. The steak was cooked beautifully as requested (medium-rare) and the potato was the best potato I have ever had. Not only was the food good but our server was OUTSTANDING the whole time. This server went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Very impressed with this location and will definitely be returning.
1st Anniversary dinner with my wifeService was excellent, food was ample in portion size and prepared perfectly. We have not been to the keg in years because the last few visits were less than enjoyable due to poor quality. We lived in different cities at that time because we had not met yet but both felt the same way. We got a gift card for a wedding gift and thought we would use it for our anniversary. Thank you to the chef and Renee our server who was awesome. They even gave us a free desert to celebrate.
This was 1 of the best nights ever!! It was my birthday but they didn't know..our waiter was Collin and talk about perfect. By the end of dinner I wanted to take him home..Lobster tails so perfect, and I'm fussy with my lobster My friend had steak and it was melt in your mouth. Collin was never far away although busy. He sensed an occasion and arrived with a huge slice of cake wow. I enjoyed Collins company and his suggestions were dead on!! We met Michael the manager on the way out, to tell him how much we enjoyed our dinner and he was such a kind professional. I'd go back in a heart beat. 2 thumbs up
Last night I went to the keg with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday. We were enjoying our appetizers as were another couple across from us. We were there shortly after they opened, and the dining room only had a handful of people in it. Unfortunately, a couple of waitresses thought they would take advantage of the time and decided to gossip. Im not sure if it got out of hand, but this quickly turned into a spectacle for myself and the couple across from us as it was now them unraveling their drama. There were multiple curse words and some pretty vulgar yelling. Its one thing if you want to gossip and express your feelings, but please dont do it while Im trying to enjoy my dinner. The couple across from us went and spoke to the manager, Jackie. She approached both of our tables and ensured us she would take care of this. By the time we had finished our dinner, Jackie personally brought us our bills, only to tell us that she had taken care of them, and generously gave us a $50 gift card for our experience. Im originally from Hamilton, but the Hamilton keg is closed for renovations right now. From now on I will go out of my way to come to the Brantford Keg. Jackie went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable. We did not expect that what so ever but are so thankful for the experience and service we received. The Brantford Keg is by far the best with incredible customer service.
