Beautiful location, as it was an old schoolhouse. Food was excellent, we had the Sunday brunch. There was a great spread of food, and we enjoyed the build your own omlette, prepared in front of you. They also had an pianist quietly playing a grand piano in the corner.Very historic location, and in fact the Queen of England had lunch there in 1997.
Very interesting old school house in a rural setting, with unique decor and style. The staff was overdressed and a little pretentious with the tux/ bow ties but were very kind and seemed to lighten up. The menu was inflexible with options, but the food was really good. Beef mushroom soup was very good, the bread came with a salmon spread that was a little strange, but the lamb chops were delicious. The dinner was pricey, especially for the area, but all in all very good.
Of course its expensive....its FINE DINING!!Always great food and ambience. My favorite restaurant!!! :) Also great for large groups for celebrating that special occasion!! Gus always accommodates.
I had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, service was impeccable. A great experience
Wonderfully accomodating during a Thanksgiving dinner with my elderly grandmother and frail mother. Josh was a fantastically attentive waiter, the food was excellent, and the live piano performance captivated my mother. We will most definitely return...
