Went in today and bought a pair of boots. When I asked the lady to see a certain colour, she was rude and acted as though she didn’t want me to touch the box. I believe she is a manager. Her attitude was unprofessional and she could benefit from additional customer service training. Although I purchased the shoes, I will order online next time.
The store was busy when we arrived and both team members were busy serving customers. They were attentive and helpful. Very satisfied with the cheerful service and guidance given sizing the boot.
I went into the store today to deal with a defect on a pair of $200 shoes — the SAME defect they already took back a week ago — and the manager on duty acted just like that old, grumpy school-bus-mom driver who’s always scolding everyone for things they didn’t even do. The first time, they admitted the shoes were defective. No problem. Second time? Suddenly it’s “customer wear and tear,” even though it was the exact same issue. Instead of actually listening, the manager talked to me like I was trying to cause trouble, rolling her eyes and acting like every question I asked was some huge inconvenience. I’m sorry, but when I spend $200 on shoes that fall apart twice in two weeks, I’m allowed to expect a replacement or refund without being treated like a nuisance. The attitude alone was enough to make me not want to shop there again. If your product fails twice, maybe don’t blame the customer — and maybe try acting like a manager, not a grumpy school-bus mom yelling at kids for breathing too loud
I was looked after by Abby today, she was courteous and very helpful. The store was busy and she was polite and apologized for the wait. While waiting I observed all the staff demonstrating similar qualities. ?
We visited the Lynden Lark mall location this evening searching for waterproof winter boots. Tracey was so great. Though we knew exactly what we were looking for when we went in, Tracey was quick to grab a few different sizes for me to try on and it was almost like she knew my foot better than her own lol. She was so helpful and incredibly cheerful, despite it being Black Friday. That’s again Tracey, I love my boots!
I came into the store today to purchase a pair of blundstone boots. The store was quite busy and the 2 staff were already helping other customers. A young lady called Abbie kindly told me she’d be as quick as she could and apologized for my wait. I’m reassured her that I was good to wait. Once she was ready to assist me, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, I purchased my shoes and left a happy customer. Abbie is a credit to your store! Thank you
I love shopping here. They were originally talking when I first came in. They acknowledged me but gave me a perfect balance of space without feeling hovered over. They didn't make me feel left out they included me into their conversation and were completely respectful of my time and needs. They're always so sweet and caring. You can tell they put so much effort into their work. I love seeing shops like this, you don't want a robot helping you asking u the same typical questions. You want someone who actually cares. They walked with me and grabbed me whatever I needed and more. Definitely coming back
