I stopped in to grab some shoes before heading to the US and somehow managed to loose the cash I had withdrawn before coming in. When I realized what happened and called the store about 45 minutes later, the cashier who rang me out couldn't find it but took my name in case they did. I figured that the money was gone at this point (totally my fault) but about 25 minutes later I received a call that the envelope was found. I was stunned and wanted to share how amazing it was to find a group of people who easily could have pocketed a significant amount of US cash with no way of getting "caught". Thank you so much . . . integrity matters!!! As an aside, the New Balance shoes I picked up on sale are also pretty good.
Terrible selection of womens golf clothing
I had placed an order online and it didn't work out so I returned to store bringing me me everything per Sport Chek return policy. The female clerk insisted I had to have the packing slip which wasn't sent to me and I said you have the receipt, unworn item, box, tags on I don't get it. She said I had to have packing slip as well which is not mentioned in their return policy. She then called a male manager who said same thing and said they had give me gift card for the store even though I had receipt they would not refund my money. I questioned this continuously as is unfair that Sport Chek is forcing me to buy at their store and issuing me a gift card instead of receipt when I was in the guidelines of their return policy and had original receipt. He would not budge said was store policy so all I can say is "Buyer Beware" you can do all the right things and still get wrong end of stick. RETURN WITH A RECEIPTAn original receipt is requested for all exchanges or returns. Within 60 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused/unworn merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. You will be required to provide your name; telephone number and postal code for all return or exchange transactions.
