Camille was very pleasant. I ordered a phone for my wife and I and she helped us throughout the process and saved us a lot of head ache having to figure it out on our own. She was pleasant to work with
Very poor customer service from Camille. That is who she identified herself as but refused to show her name tag or spell her name. Came in with my partner to upgrade her phone and possibly switch my services over to Bell from a competitor. She was extremely rude and condescending, talking to my partner like she was less than intelligent. When I stated we didn't appreciate being talked to like that she rolled her eyes. When I said that was also not appreciated she made a face at me. I don't know who she thinks she is but she just lost this bell location a probable $2000 sale plus the monthly fees for services. I asked to speak to the manager and she would not identify who that was and that they were out. When I asked when they'd be back I recieved very rudely the convenient answer of "I don't know when they'll be back and I can't discuss that.". Great answer from someone who knows they're getting a complaint lodged about them. We will more than likely complain to Bell corporate about this as the absolute lack of professionalism from one of Canadas largest telecom companies is completely unacceptable.
After 2 1/2 hours on the phone with 4 different Bell reps trying to get my used IPhone 15 pro to work I decided to go to the Bell Store. Gwendolyn asked one question and immediately knew what to do. 10 minutes later I was on my way with a working phone and all my stress alleviated. She was a pleasure to work with !!
Extremely RUDE young Asian girl working in the Brantford Bell store. Do yourself a favour and Do not go here ! Go somewhere else. Her behavior indicates She hates her job & Hates dealing people .
Very rude young girl working this evening. My wife and I were spoken too in a very condescending manner. This youngster lost Bell a pretty hefty sale, as I was there to upgrade iPhone for my staff of 23 employees. My wife encouraged me to go to another local provider that was properly trained in customer service. This girl is doing this location a great disservice with her arrogant demeanor. My wife and I met to other women at the other shop who were discussing the same young girl. Sorry Bell, will be closing our Corporate contract after nearly 20 years, this girl was the last straw.
