Excellent costumer service outta this place. I have stayed loyal to koodo for this reason. Samantha has helped me numerous times with new phones and a couple issues that have come up, I can not praise her enough. Also it's close for me so a lot better than sitting on hold to some call center. Cheers
I’ve had such a tough time with Telus lately & I was ready to just switch out after 22 years. I don’t think there’s anyone else who could've helped that would have gotten me to stay, but Samantha is truly a gem in the industry. If you ever need someone to do right by you - it’s her! THANK YOU!!! Made it so easy and fast, won’t be going anywhere else!!
Everytime I visit this store Sam is always there with her personable greetings and willingness to help. No matter how busy she is, she will always acknowledge your arrival with a friendly hello and a smile that says I'm so happy you're here. She uses her excellent expertise in all matters to assist and solve all issues before you leave the store. I cannot say enough about her except it's always an enjoyable and easy experience whenever I go there because of Samantha. Thank you so much! You are very much appreciated!
I was in this evening, I failed to get the name of the woman that helped me, but this was in regards to my husband passing and taking over the account, she went above and beyond to help me and make it as easy as possible for me.. was so much more compassionate then what calling head office had done. She made a sensitive topic that much easier for me, and told me she would handle it. That she did and called me after to let me know it was taken care. So very grateful for her, she was exactly how customer service should be.
I was told that my phone would be ready Monday, August 24. I changed my plans so that I would have time to pick it up after work and before they closed. I called that day to confirm they were ready and the lady on the phone said that they were. But told me that she was “too busy” to finish the process for me. She told me I would have to wait until tomorrow. Now, that’s not a big deal, but I changed my plans and told my boss I couldn’t work overtime today. That’s 2 hours I missed out on. Now that it won’t be ready until tomorrow I can’t work overtime then either. That’s another 2 hours of overtime I missed out on. I’m very upset. If you don’t think the phone will be ready TELL ME THAT. If you thought that it would, and things CHANGED.... CALL ME!!! Don’t leave me in the dark until the last minute! Thanks a lot Telus!! I’m not impressed.
Comunication Zone just set our company up with a VOIP system called Telus Business Connect... the system is very flexible and full of great features... we are saving money on our monthly bills and loving the new system. Special thanks to Nick... he has made the transition really smooth... Very impressed with the system overall and with the great service provided by Nick and his team at Communication Zone!
Nick has been very helpful in our mobile needs. He is always readily available and will go out of his way to help. And thankfully he lets me ask all the questions I need to make an informed decision.
