We experienced a last-minute breakdown right before the long weekend, and Brian from Parts went above and beyond to assist. He promptly took my call and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. In no time, he had the part prepared for me, and since I was working past closing time and unable to pick it up beforehand, he ensured everything was taken care of for a after hours pick up. Hats off too Brian, i highly recommend this business!
BUY OR BEWARE ! I had a truck towed to the dealer because it would not start, after paying for mobile service from Carrier I was told the problem could not be fixed on site. It had to go to the shop. The real issue lies here. I was told the truck needed a new computer, they wanted to sell me a $6000 computer even though they had no idea what caused it to fail in the first place, keep in mind This truck only had 40,000 km. I decided to pick up a used computer from WG equipment. After bringing the computer to Carrier, I was told they needed the original one back because they needed to get the programming off it. Even though other dealers confirmed as a dealership, this is not how it would normally be done. Because it’s in the software they own. Once they claimed the job was complete, I took the computer back to WG Equipment. Thats when I noticed it was the same computer I originally purchased off WG equipment in the first place. This company tried to put a new computer in my truck, then ended up putting the original back in claiming they use the one that I bought used. Then to top it off, The truck leaked oil because the technician did not tighten up the dipstick sleeve that goes against the block. When I called Doug the service manager just a day after getting the truck back, he told me they would never touch anything They are not being paid to fix. AKA the dipstick sleeve. Other words they are not even willing to verify who is responsible. So I had a different shop repair the oil leak. After calling Doug out on this, He told me if i brought the truck to him in the first place he would have fixed it under warranty. Not sure how I could’ve brought it to him to get fixed, when I was told they would not fix anything they had nothing to do with. Doug was not even willing to look at the truck, to see if it was related their technicians work or not. I had other shops verify they would have had to take off the dipstick sleeve to take the computer out in the first place. The service was absolutely unprofessional, definitely the worst I’ve seen at any dealer in Ontario. This should be treated as Fraud ! If you’re looking for repair work, run the other direction, or pick a carrier center that is not Brantford ! Doug Kingsbury has worked for Carrier for 45 years, now we all understand who pays for this fancy dealership.

A big shout out to Tess in the parts department. Had a problem with wrong part mistakenly taken from the yard by delivery person which was meant for someone else. She went above and beyond to track down the part and personally delivered to my door on her own time and expense. Professional, friendly service Carrier should be proud of this employee. Thanks.
Everything is perfect work get done so quick, customer service beautiful, only problem I had there's no WiFi for guest which is wired for me. First Time know carrie center have no WiFi for guest that's the reason I put three Stars. Other than that everything is awesome
It's okay. But I had to take back my international truck back for check up amd repairs multiple times. Expensive but got my truck fixed. Let's see if I get any issues
Excellent service at fair prices. Lots of parking space. Service is willing to go the extra mile to keep you going. After you purchase a truck from them they continue to be super suportive.
