Was in a car accident and was worried my wallet and cash would be taken by the towing company. The gentlemen there were nice, respectful and returned all of my items to me intact. I had all my cash and all my IDs. Thank you for helping me by grabbing all my stuff so I didn’t have to look inside my totalled car and relive my accident all over again. Huge shoutout to Travis for staying back so I could grab my stuff and for not rushing us out.
My husband was in a really bad accident and his car was towed here. There was a young man, I believe named Travis that helped us find our belongings so I wouldn’t have to open the doors and see all the damage again which was so nice and thoughtful. I went to the Brantford sales office to inquire about buying a truck, I walked in and asked to see a sales rep and was told there was none working today. I asked if one would be in tomorrow and the guy had no idea when a sales rep would be in. I found this very unprofessional and left me with a poor first impression.
Love this place. It will be support the local high school Community by hiring high school students who think they might be interested in a career in diesel mechanics and truck and Coach repair. A real Class Act
Well when you own a Freightliner truck you have no choice really.. they tried to rip us off saying we needed a new engine over an oil leak which ended up being a gasket, so was not impressed. Had work done then had to go back week later to be re done as it wasn't fixed right the first time.Had head supervisor involved.
