Fantastic knowledgeable staff! I bought winter tires from here. They installed them and also did an oil change. They answered all my questions before hand and even recommended a place that I could go and get an undercoating for my car done. Very easy to work with, respectful, accommodating, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I can't believe the service I received from Doug and his fantastic crew at brant County Tire. Two tires had large holes and I was stranded in Ancaster and Doug saved the day by picking up my vehicle on the spot. Brant County Tire came to my rescue this last weekend! Stranded with my 3 little kids and a blown tire from the highway- they answered my call quickly and dispatched a kind young man out within 20 minutes to help after I had been calling other places for over an hour. So SO grateful for their efficient and kind help! Highly recommend!!
I had my brakes done on my 08 Buick Allure. And only 6 months later they need to be redone. I had the brakes done on my 13 caravan and they need to be replaced only 9 months later. The van needed to have the blend door actuator replaced in January. So the entire dash needed to come out. They left the windshield a huge mess and the dash wasn't reinstalled properly and now i have no heat. They told me the module needed to be replaced, hence why my heat still wasn't working. But my new mechanic told me that the replacement was never calibrated. I was told the module was very expensive, so I hunted and found a used unit. Replacement was easy, but it still does the same thing. I called to have it looked at and calibrated properly, but was told there was nothing more they could do. I was unsatisfied with their answer, so I asked to speak with management who was unavailable. It is now almost June and nobody has called me. The hvac system blows heat on the passenger side and cold on the drivers side. It's extremely dangerous to drive in the winter time. The repair was very expensive and they did nothing but make it worse. If you want a place that can't do it right, they're your guys. I'll be buying my tires elsewhere also.
The owner of this place is awesome. I got there accidentally looking for a guy who replaces tires right beside this shop. However, Brant county tires swapped my tires for the same price. 2 of my tires were no good and he dismounted them and gave 2 tires for free . Can you believe it?. I recommend Brant county tires hands down. Hope more people get to know them.
