I went to Dundson Auto to get new filters for my car. I didn't have an appointment but that was no problem. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was in an out in no time. I'd highly recommend them.

I have been taking my cars to Dunston Auto for a very long time. Brian and Marty are very friendly and hilarious.... They cheered me up on a bad time. My cars have worked great after they fixed them. Never come here guys it’s too expensive and service is worst..!! I went for wheel alignment they replaced something without asking my permission and charge me even more than expected..!!! My main problem of alignment wasn’t even solved properly I went back and they were so rude even the mechanic was showing so much attitude and talked with me so rudely..!!
They were good at first but last time I know when people are up to something.gave my phone number because I brought the auto in Some strange reason they phone my wife not me.That struck me as odd, was home all day never received a call. Wife phoned me and they said car was ready .lol yeah had a big price tag on what they said needed fixing.all they did was oil change and lug nuts.took car to a real auto place , different parts replaced that needed to be. Price tag $500 cheaper.
Honda wanted $250 for a second key to our 2009 Honda Civic. Other places in Cambridge wanted up to $300! At Dunsdon... They were very professional, quick, and only charged about $100. You can't beat it! And they got us in same day.
Called Dunsdun on Thursday because our vehicle was rumbling when we started it up and had a burning smell coming from the exhaust. They couldn't get us in till Tuesday at 10am. Couldn't use our van so it sat in our driveway Thursday - Monday. Monday we brought it in hoping they could look at it sooner, they couldn't so it sat in their lot till Tuesday. Waited all day Tuesday without any call from Dunsdon on what the issue was with our van. Finally we called them around 2:30pm and they said they ran a diagnostics check and nothing came up. They couldn't find the problem so they charged us $78 and sent us home. After driving the van for about 30 minutes the burning smell continued and then a whining sound started. It became very apparent that something was wrong with the power steering system. This is not the first time we've had an issue with their work but thought we'd given them another try. After all of this they've lost my trust and my business.
