I got tires put on the front of my car at this location... don't use the one on west street in brantford (different review lol) Tires came in promptly, tech got the tires mounted and balanced and I was on my way, I was pleased to see a tire tech line up the yellow dot with the valve stem, lightest spot on the Tire is the yellow dot on the side wall and heaviest point on the rim is where the valve stem is located. Seems like a small thing but every other shop over looks this and some say it isn't a thing. Anywho I will be returning for winter tires in the next month or so.

I am the guy with army tow truck and trailer you guys showed humanity still alive pace or inflation doesnt matter didnt charged anything ! I called yesterday in a panic since I got a flat the night before and they had me in within the hour, fixed it, showed me the tire and explained what probably happened. They replaced my tire & gave me a great deal. They were SO kind and friendly I'm surprised by the negative reviews that had been written. I will definitely be a returning customer. I believe it was James that helped me and another man (I can't remember his name)- both super informative, kind, and efficient. Thank you!!
Recently got an oil change, which took 1.5 hours, too long for an oil change. Checked the filter, it wasn't changed. The customer service wasn't great. Ken, the service advisor, wasn't keen on providing any type of service other than 4 quotes for tires that weren't of any interest to me. The complimentary check list that they advertised wasn't provided, not happy with the overall quality of the work. Avoid at all costs.
