original job was fine. They installed a fixture outside for a faucet. A SEASON later they refused to come back and fix the problem, sent me a response saying they would charge me again for a service call, even though I had already paid an outrageous amount for an install, refused to come and replace the cap leaking on the top on the faucet they installed. I ended up calling another SUPERB plumber who replaced the cap within 5minutes. I will NEVER EVER use this company again.
I called Boyle Plumbing for assistance with a floor drain backing up into the laundry room. Gord called me back very promptly and made a tentative appointment for the following day. Shawn arrived at 11:00 AM, I discussed the issue and indicated the problem area and demonstrated the backup. Shawn got his tools from the truck and within one hour had us up and running again. The drain line was snaked and flushed and then Shawn retested it twice. Boyle Plumbing has congenial staff that are very knowledgeable and all questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. Boyle's prices for service calls are reasonable and I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems. I understand they also do HVAC.

I called Gord to help us with hooking up water to our new fridge. Brent came that night to give us a quote. My husband and I had previously purchased faucets but didnt get to installing them. We also had been discussing new toilets for our two bathrooms. Brent gave me a quote for all that was very reasonable. The two workers that showed up on install date were on time and were very nice/respectful. They got the job done quickly and all is great. The toilets Brent suggested are awesome! Thank you all for such a wonderful job done!! I highly recommend Boyle Plumbing!!
