Amazing team! Setting up an appointment was a breeze. Erik showed up on time, very professional and fast. He explained clearly how to use the new softener and how to maintain it. I would definitely use their services again!

Very happy with the installation of a new furnace. Our team was Josh and Cory (or Cody - Im sorry I cant recall!) - they were very polite, quick and friendly. They went the extra mile when I asked about the drain hose just as they were ready to leave and made a quick adjustment to it to make our lives easier - really appreciate that! They took the time to explain everything they did and answered all my questions (even the silly ones!).
Woke up to a wet utility room this morning to find the water heater was leaking. Called Reliance yo have them come out and inspect the rental. Got an immediate response and a window of 4hrs to when they would arrive. At 1pm exactly Andy was at my door with a smile on his face. He got quickly to work, was very professional and was a great deal of pleasure to talk to while he troubleshooted the issue. Had a new water heater on the truck and was replaced within an hour. Sadly Andy will be retiring soon and service like his may soon diminish. It was a great pleasure to deal with you Andy and I wish other service techs will take a page out of your book. Happy retirement.
