Excellent chicken, fair price, decent portions. All and all very happy I tried the food here. Would definitely come here again.
Great food. Friendly staff but the level of professionalism of the business is very poor. They basically open and close, and answer their phone or not on their own decision. It said they open for lunch at 2pm(who eats lunch at 2pm?). I called multiple times at 2:15pm, nobody answers the phone. I arrived there at 2:30pm. Someone is there preparing to open the restaurant. I asked as to why nobody answers the phone. Her simple response was it becomes too hectic and confusing with the orders. She said she did that before and it made the customer angry. lol.... She just made that stuff on the spot. Again, great food. Chicken is great but the staff/owner's level of professionalism is what will steer me away from this business. I would rather drive further down the street/road for KFC or Popeye's than buy chicken from them again.
Not often do you find great food, value, cleanliness and fantastic customer service all rolled into one. The chicken outshines any major franchise around. It's made to order, crispy and no pools of hot grease. The coleslaw is to die for as are their fries. In all sincerity this establishment is a gem worth taking notice of.
Delicious product. Excellent value. As a new resident to Brantford, Broaster's is fast becoming a regular weekly visit for me.
