They should rename this business to House of Scams Dealt with Alan who is the licensed guy at this shop. He is the biggest butcher you can possibly come across in entire Canada. He OVER charges for jobs, and if there is nothing wrong with the vehicle he will make up a story and try to scam you for his rent at the end of the month. He scammed me and that was my last time visiting his shop! I took my car to the dealer after his repair Bcz it was not repaired properly and he started charging me for nonsense. Anyhow dealer had me in an out and covered with the recall. I told them what I went through and they literally said the shop scammed you!
I just bought a Jaguar from Matt. He is a true professional that only sells top notch cars. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a quality used vehicle. I had a small issue with the car and I took it back and it was fixed free of charge. They stand behind what they sell.

For years I’ve always got my vehicles (BMWs, Chevrolets, Hondas) serviced here as I have had some pretty big issues and Alan has always been a huge help and puts his customers first. Could not be happier and have my full faith in his excellent workmanship whatever the case may be. Have got jobs done as small as an oil change to getting a windshield replaced, water pump replaced, a engine valve cover replacement, you name it and everything was done perfectly. Highly recommend Alan and I have my complete trust in him.
I recently purchased a BMW X5 from Felco Motors in Brantford. I had some concerns with the damage to the windshield. One of the chips was quite large. I was advised by the dealer it will pass safety although others told me it should be replaced. After speaking with Matt regarding this he decided to replace the windshield to keep this transaction a positive one. At the end of the day the dealer did not have to technically replace the windshield but still did so to keep his customer happy. I appreciate the professionalism behind the situation that could of gone a different direction. He also ordered a touch up of paint from BMW for me free of charge.
