Highly incompetent staff. Within 20 minutes of being there on my initial visit just looking at what they had in inventory. Gave them some of my details etc for financing options and just like that they said I was approved, gave them $500 deposit on a vehicle. Told me it would be just a few days for completion and would be able to drive off the lot. Over the course of 2 wks since, had sent them everything they needed for approval all documents etc. several times over. Kept getting the run around, or no response at all.. had gone into the office a few more times and they had no idea who I was, kept asking me for the same documents and information, all the while asking for more money as down payments or deposits…fingers crossed and hopes up , nothing but the run around and total NONSENSE. Quick to take money and ask for more and more and less then professional help or action. Would never recommend this shop for anything but a circle jerk
Although we didn’t proceed with the purchase due to lender difficulties, I appreciated the kind effort from the owner and Mo, they were amazing to work with however, the lender was not. Thank you guys for the opportunity.

I recently purchased a Kia sorento from this dealer .Let me first say as a woman I appreciated they didnt try to use that to my disadvantage as a matter of fact these clearly family men went out of their way to be compassionate and understanding of my urgent need for a reliable vehicle and even came down in price to help me financially, as I was dealing with a lot of personal circumstances, and these gentlemen were more than gracious and Kind .Mo the salesman I dealt with directly was so awesome .We had a small hiccup with them receiving the ownership from the dealer they purchased the car from but Mo personally went out of his way to remedy the situation so that we were able to pick up our suv and filled the tank for our patience ,which of late I have none, and even though I probably came across harsh at one point, this gentleman handled it with grace ,charm and understanding.I so appreciate the care ,service and awesome deal these gentlemen provided me with! I highly recommend them !!!! 10 stars !
