I had an excellent experience at this car shop today. The mechanic was very polite and extremely helpful. I mentioned that I was only on my break and needed my flat tire fixed quickly — the moment I arrived, he got to work right away and finished it in no time. I truly appreciate the fast and quality service. I highly recommend this place. It’s not about the price, it’s about the service — and they delivered. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!! They sold me a truck that was unsafe and hid all the rust damage to the frame with Bondo. When I got the truck in the air for new tires 2 different mechanics told me there was no way that the vehicle passed a safety when I bought it!! I had to take the vehicle off the road immediately. Selling me an unsafe vehicle put not only my life at risk but as well as my child's life. When I confronted them about this they told me I could call thr MTO and voice my concerns!!

Don’t not purchase a car from these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are working with a company called lendcare . Read the reviews please !!!!!! Lawyers, the insurance company , the bank and the police are now all involved in this case. They have collaborated with lendcare and they are trying to say I purchased a 2011 Mazda for 38585 . Silly people !!! lol lendcare sent me the financial statement a month ago , the car was purchased for 14856 . On top of trying to ruin my credit annd raise my interest rate to 25 % , they have tried to debit close to 20 payments from my bank account since June 24 . The car they sold me needs major work done . The first day I purchased this vehicle it didn’t even start . And yes I have multiple witnesses . Stay away !!!!! I’m glad I kept records and recorded conversations . These people will take your money and leave you with a car that doesn’t work. Hey Five Stat Auto !!! Can u please explain to me why I handed u the insurance check to give to LendCare 15 months ago for my first vehicle that was written off due to an accident , why my account is still open on Equifax, stating that I owe 159.00 after LendCare continued to take multiple payments after they were handed the check Did u not give them the insurance checkwasn’t this the only way to get my second vehicle from you U will have alot of explaining to do . Tell Travis I’ve caught u and LendCare in the biggest lie . Stay away from these crooks . You will not defraud good people anymore . !!!!
I bought a 2012 Dodge Journey R/T AWD and had nothing but issues with it from day one. Still have issues with the vehicle but got told were not putting anymore money into fixing it as it was still under warranty. There are still quite of bit mechanical issues and rear end still has issues. Also did know someone already purchased this once had an overheating issue and was towed back to there shop. Then I buy it same thing happens and play stupid like they didn't have an idea about it. I guess the days of honesty are dead these days oh well lesson lived and learned. Dodge told me the whole rear end needs to be replaced and drive shaft fixed.
Worst place never visit it, very rude customer service act like they are selling brandnew cars where there is no room for negotiation apart from that, very inappropriate language used cant say but just stay away from this place.
