Had such wonderful care and compassion from staff Brayden at the auto desk! He helped get my tire replaced after it blew on our way to Niagara Falls from Windsor! He was so friendly and sped things up for me even tho I know they were very booked up! Thanks so much, you made a very scared mom much more relaxed and on my way very quick back to vacation!
Picked up an online order.. Longish wait at customer service.. CT never has enough staff.. Clerk was nice and very helpful but needed a manager over ride.. It would be nice if the store gave the staff the tools they need to do their jobs .
Always a good deal on one tool or another. Watch for sales. Usually has the widest variety of whatever you are looking for. Prices are generally reasonable. Good store.
They have items in multiple different places instead of together, and skids/carts of stuff in middles of aisles. They are very unorganized. Also seems there is 20 people working but when you need assistance it takes a ridiculous amount of time for the help. Very poor customer service.
This store needs serious help in their inventory dept. Behind the scenes must be a huge mess. I went in Day 1. No product on shelf. Day 2 checked online 36 in stock Aisle 48 at 1:16pm. I arrive...none.. I check with customer service. . finally older gentleman sent to help .He confesses inventory a mess.product arrived a week prior but no one can find. He searched for 10 mins.I leave it with the gentleman return tomorrow.day 3 no product on shelf. Search out manager...sent to young girl/black shirt admirs not a manager but will help . Another admission their inventory procedures are a mess. Still no product as they CANNOT find it behind the scenes because their warehousing is a mess. OWNER this should be wake up call. Thank you Home Hardware for having your shelves stocked first trip in.
