If i could give this place a 0 stars, I would. This company has given me and my family the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I recently moved in to my house and heard good reviews about this place from the other City I moved from, boy were they wrong. I don't even know where to begin, I guess I will start by saying the "owner" is no where to be found, every time I made a complaint he was never there (what a coincidence). Paul, the salesman was absolutely horrendous to communicate with as he hung up on me multiple times when I tried explaining what was wrong with the job that was done. The installers showed up in the afternoon (if they bothered to show up that day) unannounced and just knocking on the door without a warning. They come over smelling of bad B.O and stale cigarettes, the job was never completed and every time they magically show up the work they manage to do is sloppy. I still have not had the job completed and its been several months. I now have to hire someone else and pay money out of MY pocket for a professional to fix the mistakes they refuse to accept they did. OH AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, when I confronted the store about the installers doing a terrible job, I was told that it was MY fault. Great customer service skills. I would never recommend this company in a million years, I would rather do it myself for the kind of money they charge. My time has been completely wasted and so has my cash. I'm not a very hard person to please and am very friendly to get along with, I never write reviews but this one was such a terrible experience I have to warn people to stay away at all costs.
They have pretty good deals on carpet. However, the installer wasn't the best. Asked if he could make our appt later, asked if he could put water in our fridge, asked if he could leave n come back the next day, asked for $50 for some material he had to get, asked for my husband's help with some stuff. End of the Roll should hire better quality contractor's to represent them. Just tell the customers it's worth it.

Ruined the walls in several places and refused to compensate. Never returned house key as they "lost" it
