Went to urban tactical this Saturday as I heard from my friend about this place. Ride from Kitchener was quick and we were there in no time.Never been there before so did not know what to expect. Girl at the counter was very inviting and friendly. Bought tactical and predator package for me and my son ($250 taxes in) and got some extra shooting with ammunition that was not included in the package (another $60). We were directed to wait a bit until our range officer preps all the guns and ammunition.During that time we browsed through some weapons and again we were approached immediately if we wanted to feel something or if he had questions . I asked for CZd, Bernetta and Walther.Soon after range officer Justin arrived instructed us to put head gear and off we went. He is great! His directions were clear, concise, precise. He makes you feel safe and is very knowledgeable about his stuff. Both my son and me were impressed with him and we will definitely be back. We possibly could have went without extra ammunition but I really wanted to shoot bolt action and they had nice sniper. I would also recommended this volt action sniper as very accurate and so smooth. Great job urban tactical!
Great selection of high end tactical/ems products. Helpful and very knowledgeable staff with experience in the associated fields. High end products generally mean high end prices, but Urban Tactical has products for all budgets. I frequent the location for all my work needs.
This place is great for all levels of shooters. My girlfriend and I used the range yesterday here and she is a new shooter and she said she felt very comfortable with the range officer we had. The prices are a little above average I noticed but it's definitely worth every penny. You get what you pay for, right ? After experiencing Urban Tactical you walk out with ZERO complaints. We will 100% be back
Do not go with the expectation that you will start at the time of your appointment even if you show up earlier. There is a great selection of packages with a variety of weapons and prices to try. Unfortunately on the day we went they seemed to be a bit understaffed since even though we arrived 15 minutes before our appointment hour, we still had to wait for over an hour before we could go into the range and then we were rushed out since there were other groups waiting so we could not buy extra ammunition and fire a bit longer.
Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. What a great experience. My boyfriend and I would highly recommend Urban Tactical to novices and experienced alike.
