If you are having phone issues go see Arun to cellzone. He is phenomenal and has patience and does great job. He sell the product on cheaper price than other stores.
Dropped my daughters iPad off on Wednesday to get her screen fixed , Was told Friday for pick up ( also mentioned possible same day pick up ) Called Thursday to get an estimate time for pick up, the guy said “ Friday “ and hung up .. ok no problem , rude but okay. Friday 1:30 pm comes, I call , the guy goes “ let me call the other guy, I’ll call back in 10 mins “ 2.5 hrs go by, I call 3 times - all called ignored. So now I’m frustrated, head to the mall. I get there and the man goes “ I forgot about this time “ they did not even START her table, so 3 days it sat there with no work done on it - 2 phone calls made with no information, and clearly no communication between the employees. I took it to the new place in the mall and it was done within 1hr. I can get over the shitty attitudes but to hold someone’s item for 3 days and not even attempt to start it , is crazy.
I feel, as a senior citizen I was taken advantage of, as not being tech savvy, I did not know the right questions to ask. I chose a flip phone, when I came back after giving him time to transfer my contacts, it was a different flip phone and cost $10 more .when I asked for assistance on how to use the phone, he said not “his” phone, so couldn’t do that. After taking it home, it does not do what I wanted it to do, will not refund my money!!!AND three weeks later find out AS ONLY $100 cost there is no warranty. BEWARE HE WILL RIP YOU OFF.
I suggest you take your business somewhere else. He will sell you the wrong phone accessories (case), knowingly. Placed then replaced screen protector twice in 10 days. The product he used is poor and is lifting again two days later. I ordered the proper case on Amazon...it fits perfect. I will take my phone to a reputable business and pay to have the screen protector changed. I am out of pocket $50 to him, plus another $25 for the proper case from Amazon and another $20 when I get a new screen protector somewhere else.
My Phone was working fine but the screen had a tiny crack in the side corner. I took it in and they fixed my screen, but then the phone proceeded to start turning black the day after and not even in the same spot it was cracked. They definitely ruined the phone, but I didn’t bother going back to confront them about it, I just threw it out and bought a new one. I wouldn’t recommend them for repairs.
The glass for my camera broke (Galaxy S10e) and most other places wanted over 100$ for a full repair of the back of the phone. And that I would have to wait a few days for them to get the right parts. I went to these guys and they fixed just the glass for 30$, and had it done in less than 30 minutes from when I showed up. Amazing customer server, great prices, fast service. Will definitely go again for any further repairs I may need
Over time i have spent well over $1000 here, ive always wondered why a repair never lasts & im always forced to get a new phone. No longer will i bring my business to this con artist. How is it that a $200 LED repair, cracks as i set it on my desk at work? WHILE INSIDE MY OTTERBOX?!? (the guy tried to resell me my otter box that my phone was enclosed in) Nobody has the time, nor the MONEY, for your cheap care/quality. After reading multiple reviews im not suprised at what i have Read, & i hope ive gave some insight to what could become potential victims. Negative 5 stars, cellzone.
