We have received wonderfull service at tBooth from Kaushik and also all the staff. They are all so friendly AND helpful. This is the only place we will go to for our phone needs. Please reward them.
i had very bad experience. a lady works there was being very rude to us . her name is alochna. she told us to go out. there was no reason for this behaviour.
Kaushik was so helpful and patient with me. I was in a panic when my phone died! l couldn't even remember my passwords or nothing. I would recommend him to everyone, especially seniors who need help.
Avi ...is very genuine and provides the best service! Been going back to him every time since he always does his best to find what you're looking for. He's great at making sure to clearly explain details large or small and go over any questions you have. I previously upgraded my phone at this location, however this past time we went, there was only one person working. He was selling a phone to one person so we decided to come back in a few when he was done. When we were back in the store the employee walked out to talk to someone sitting in front of the store. As we were getting it setup there were more customers that came by to which he stopped the transaction and made sure to talk to them as well. Which is fine. Our transaction felt rushed and more of a push sale instead of getting the best deal like we have before at this location and when it was wireless wave years ago. We ended up calling our service provider instead and was able to get a better deal.
