I went to koodo to upgrade my phone and they were fast,friendly,professional and did an amazing job answering every question I had! I would highly recommend going here!
Kooodo movile is very poor service they are charging you more as tou are getting old customer . They are charging you 3 times more than other operators. Also, they have poor customer service that if you need service today they schedule call back after 2 days abd there is no option of wait on customer care. I would suggest to go for better operator they are not best, i am not a nee user with koodo i am been there with 8 years but when i need them they just showed me middle Finger
Ashley was excellent! Delightful and helpful. She helped me choose the perfect phone with a great new plan after having the same old phone for 3 years. She also helped get all my pictures and files onto my new phone! Love how easy this was.
THEIVES!! I spoke with them and because their client allowed the account to continue without my consent they have "valid charges" I've not been with koodo for 4 years due to ruthless billing and inflexibility. Today I get a letter from MET credit. They must have billed me for an extra year, canceled after and sent it off because thats just how it works. This is a scam and nothing more. Corporate theives. To be clear I PAID them off, canceled and they ignored cancelation. These people will STEAL FROM YOU
My Recommendation every one should have koodo because customers service Koodo provides hlep information and working very hard to get customers happy.
I went to this location because I had a text with a special offer for a koodo plan. The employee I dealt with completely dismissed my text and told me the details of the deal were incorrect. (even though the text was very clear what was being offered). I ended up leaving and going to the WOW Mobile Boutique (also in Lynden Park Mall). They were FABULOUS. They knew what the text was about and were able to give me the plan and bill credit that were clearly outlined in the text. In short, if you need anything related to Koodo, I would suggest you avoid the Koodo kiosk and just go directly to the Wow mobile one.
