Shelby was wonderful and so helpful. We attended the booth before 5pm on a Sunday and wanted to upgrade our phones, my husband and myself. We decided on the phones we wanted with Shelby's help. The internet that she and her colleague had to use to complete their sales was extremely slow and it took another 2 hours to try and complete these sales and transactions after the mall was closed and we had our two children with us. Shelby was so apologetic and was trying everything she could to get it all completed. For somewhere that is selling high tech equipment it was very surprising that the equipment and connections the staff has to work with is so prehistoric. We would definitely go to Shelby again for a new phone but would not like to take another two hours for the service to be completed. It is also not very fair to your hardworking staff.
Shelby rocks!!!!! Wirelesswave is the place to get a phone, make sure you ask for Shelby. Always go to her when it's time for a new phone, or any assistance.
Dont know how to talk to customers, just saw a reel and asked about plan and called me stupid at the end of call, staff not trained properly how to talk to customers
Manda and her team are AMAZING.They have always gone above and beyond for my family. Needed something corrected this morning and Manda was on it before I even needed to remind her. If we ever have any problems she is always on it and has our backs the whole way till it's figured out 100%. I will ALWAYS highly recommend these guys to family and friends for years to come. 10/10 ?

Well, Ly Iv at Wireless Wave in Brantford was 100% awesome to deal with again. It was time for an upgrade and Ly was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. To be honest I got into a brand new iPhone 13 for less than I was paying on my old phone. He took a look through our phone plan and was able to save us money on that too. He's straight forward and honest. If you need a new phone or just advice he's your guy. (Original Post) Ly Iv has been amazing! I've been talking to him for almost a year trying to find the right deal to upgrade the family. He's always been 100% patient and super friendly and extremely responsive. He knows his stuff too. I've been asking about Apple, Samsung, Google, etc...and he knows the technical specs but also makes suggestions for me based on my needs and what I want to do with the phones. Last night was an extremely busy night at Wireless Wave and the poor guy was all by himself. He just kept buzzing back and forth between everyone keeping them engaged until he worked through the line up. It was a site to behold. If you're looking for a new phone definitely check in with Ly.
