Fido Lynden Rd Brantford Mall. Switched all my services from Bell (toooo expensive) and Internet Bell fibe didn't live up to their advertisements, but they could improve it for an additional $19.00 a month, no thank U! Moved everything back to Fido after a 3 year absence. Spoke with sales representative Noor she's very helpful, knowledgeable has a very pleasant personality was professional, answered all my questions I felt she had my best interest in getting the best deal to fit plans & wallet. My phone was not working I came in the store to see if they could fix it and noor upgraded my wife and I to amazing new phones and plans to save on my monthly bill she explained everything, she was really patient, and she got us so many good accessories. I ordered a phone online to pick up at this store since it said it would be ready as soon as the same day, I waited for 2 days and didn’t receive a confirmation so I called costumer service and an Indian guy told me to call or go to the store and ask them to confirm and request and give me my phone because they were the only one able to do it, I called the whole day and no one answered the phone so I decided to drive an hour and try to pick it up. When I got there the sales associate barely acknowledged my existence until the guys who he was chatting with told him. Long story short he gave me no solution but to wait until I get the confirmation and come back, there was nothing he could do so since this useless representative can’t help when I need it and don’t even know how to answer simple questions and solve costumers problems I’m switching providers. I’m so done with Fido and their randomly price increases. Get better employees who actually know how to do their job to stop loosing loyalty costumers. I’ll be gone after being with them for 9 years.
